Western Sydney’s first studio combining the ancient traditions of yoga practices with the scientific philosophy of Stretch Therapy, Callisthenics, and an overall healthy and holistic lifestyle approach.  Our classes and private one on one consultations are designed to meet our student’s needs and wants for their health, flexibility, quality of movement, and mindfulness.

We are also a combined studio with a dedicated training and fitness studio specialising in functional movement, kettlebell strength and conditioning, personal training whilst maintaining the theme of overall health.
