FRUITY PUNCH FLU SHOT

 

For those who need a little sweetness with their cold fighting approach.

INGREDIENTS:
8 lemons
2 oranges
2 tablespoons ginger (ground)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons manuka OR raw honey
1 clove garlic (increase to 2 if you can take it 😉 )

METHOD:
Blend all ingredients together and store in a glass jar. Take 1 cup 3 times a day until symptoms resolve.
