8 WEEK COURSE
Your yoga journey usually begins with learning the poses (asanas). You then go on to explore deeper into these poses, how to find more space, become stronger, and release tension.
This course is designed to build a deeper awareness of your body to create a safe practise, prevent injuries, and accommodate for common dysfunctions that can often present themselves in classes.
Proper structural alignment in poses will not only prevent injuries, but will also help you to develop strength, mobility, and stability that will carry over into your everyday life and see you moving with more ease and flow.
As you develop your practise with safe alignment you will find yourself getting deeper into postures with more control and confidence than ever before. With these tools and your dedication, we can having you practising well into our 90’s and beyond!
