Beginners Winter Yoga – 8 Week Course

COMMENCING IN JULY

Our Beginners Winter Yoga – 8 Week Course is the perfect way to start your yoga journey, or if are looking for a refresher to bring focus back into your practise. Enjoy a safe and supportive environment where you can ask questions, get feedback from experienced teachers and have fun.

Each class is designed to take you through the foundations of the yoga postures and their alignment whilst incorporating focus on your breath and a calm steady mind. These classes will teach you to bring awareness and confidence to your practise.

The course will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga. You will be introduced to:

~ Yoga postures to help you build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus

~ Mindfulness practises to take you out of the rat race and into calm

~ Breath awareness and control

~ Deep relaxation

By the end of this course you will have all the knowledge and confidence you need to join open level classes deepen your practise.

We promise we will have the heater on and tea brewed to keep you warm and cosy!


Choose between two class times for your course:

Tuesdays 6.30pm (starting 10th July, ending 28th August)

OR

Thursdays 6.30pm (starting 12th July, ending 30th August)

You will also have 2 make-up classes available if you can’t make it to a class during the course.
